Hi, there 👋! My name is Ahsan (he/him). I am a passionate researcher and practitioner in the fields of Cybersecurity, AI, and Software Development. I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tennessee Tech University.

Currently, I serve as a Security Research Engineer at Todyl. With several years of combined experience in industry and research, my work focuses on leveraging AI to address real-world cybersecurity issues while also investigating the security risks inherent in AI systems. I have a deep interest in both defensive and offensive security techniques, with a particular focus on protecting systems against emerging threats.

My peer-reviewed scientfic publications cover a range of topics, including ransomware, malware, cryptography, adversarial machine learning, domain generation algorithms (DGAs), and covert communication in networks. In addition to my research, I actively contribute to the academic community through peer reviews for top-tier conferences.
